FAQ

What do you need to produce my chocolate logo?

For this we need a black and white line drawing either in vector format or in printable quality (min. 300 dpi) raster file in jpg, png or similar, which you can send to info(at)schokologo.com. We will be happy to create a free illustration of your chocolate logo for approval before production begins.

Learn here how you can convert photos into a line drawing.

What do you need for a product replica?

We ask you to send us an original of your product or 3D data in STL format with the desired size.

What types of chocolate are there?

We offer whole milk and dark chocolate as well as white chocolate, all of them the finest Belgian Callebaut chocolate.

Refinement of the chocolate e.g. with chili taste or real gold powder is available against surcharge.

On request we can supply sugar-reduced (1% sugar), sugar-free (maltitol), Ruby, Gold-Caramel, vegan, Fairtrade and organic chocolate.

Does the gift box have to be gold or silver?

No, we can print the box in 4 colours according to your specifications.

When will the end product be delivered?

The delivery time is usually about 2-3 weeks. Express deliveries are possible against agreement and surcharge. If necessary, you will receive your chocolates within 48 hours.

Can we try it first?

We will gladly send you a free sample of the taste sample. Expensive products such as wine gifts or chocolate boxes can be ordered for a nominal fee.

What costs can we expect?

You can find the prices in our online shop. We will be happy to make you a non-binding offer. Please send us an email to info@schokologo.com

What are "tool costs"?

Tooling costs are fixed costs, which include all costs for the production of the moulds up to the embossing of the packaging.

These costs are valid for each motif and do not apply if the repeat order remains unchanged.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver all over Europe, always in the most favourable variant for you - to you or directly to the customer.

How long are the chocolate logos durable?

When stored cool and dry, the chocolate logos in whole milk can be kept for approx. 12 months, Zarbitter for 24 months and white chocolate for 6 months.

Our chocolates have a shelf life of approx. 9 weeks as we do not use any preservatives.

If you have any further questions that have not yet been answered here, you are welcome to contact us directly - by telephone or e-mail at info(at)schokologo.com.
