A business Christmas greeting has three parts: thanks for the year, a wish for the holidays, a wish for the New Year – in two to four sentences, formal, with no sales message. Below are 30 templates sorted by tone, plus versions in German, French, Italian and Spanish.
Use a template as it is, or swap one sentence for a reference to your year together. Three rules every template follows:
For recipients who do not celebrate Christmas, use templates 4, 6 or 7 – “Season’s Greetings” and the New Year wish are the common ground.

For clients you do not know personally and for large lists: neutral, warm, no reference to the business year.
For clients and partners you have worked with this year: the thanks come first, the wish follows.
For long-standing clients and partners you know: a thought about the year, then the wish – for the recipient’s family too.
When the card goes to a company rather than a person: extend the greeting to all staff.
For international clients: the same greeting in up to five languages on one card, or the right language per recipient – every Choco-Card is printed individually.

The Choco-Card is a folded card, 11.5 × 17 cm closed, 23 × 17 cm open. On the right inside sits the box with the embossed chocologo, on the left inside goes your greeting – printed from your artwork with the Choco-Card Individual.
The chocolate in the card carries the standard Christmas design “Frohe Weihnachten” – or your logo from 300 pieces. All variants, designs and facts: Choco-Card – Christmas card with chocolate.
The greeting is written – here is the card that carries it: the Choco-Card in three variants, the DIN-long greeting card for mailings, and for Christmas post with a parcel the chocolate Santa and the custom Santa with logo.

“Season’s Greetings and best wishes for the New Year” or “We wish you restful holidays and a good start to the New Year” – templates 4, 6 and 7 work without the word Christmas. For mixed lists the New Year wish is the safe common ground.
In the first half of December, so it is on the desk before the holidays – many companies are unstaffed from 20 December. For the Choco-Card that means: approval by early November, so the three weeks of production come before dispatch.
Yes. With the Choco-Card Individual we print your artwork including the greeting; with the design cards the greeting goes on an insert or you write it by hand. With individual shipment we address the envelopes from your recipient list.
Yes, when the cards are printed individually: a “greeting” column in the recipient list is enough. On the chocolate itself the embossing is the same across the run; a name per recipient on the chocolate is available with the personalised chocologo.
Yes, for your own Christmas post without restriction – that is what they are here for. To print: All texts as PDF (German edition, A4).
Up to about 250 characters for the greeting plus salutation and signature fit the left inside panel of the 11.5 × 17 cm card. Longer texts such as templates 23 or 24 need the full panel; keep salutation and signature short then.
Send us your logo, the greeting of your choice and the number of recipients – you receive a mockup of card, box and chocolate and a quotation.
