Update on the 2017 Contest
Perhaps some of you remember our 2017 World Graphics Day contest.
The submission deadline was April 27th – meaning April 27, 2017 – but the year wasn’t in the original text.
Therefore, we received a new Schokologo template yesterday from Thorsten Meier from Hamburg, who found the old contest online.
As the only participant this year, Thorsten clearly won the contest 🙂 Congratulations!
We think the template is very well done, don’t you?
World Graphics Day
April 27th is World Graphics Day and World Design Day. These are great reasons to thank all graphic designers worldwide for their ideas, for beautifying our everyday lives with their imagination and creativity. Especially at Schokologo, we daily pour their new ideas tastefully into chocolate.
The day commemorates the founding of the international graphic design association icograda, which was established on April 27, 1963, in London. The name of the umbrella organization is an abbreviation for “International Council of Graphic Design Associations” and is the global umbrella organization for graphic design and communication. At that time, the association of graphic designers started in London. Today, it is based in Montreal.
