A chocolate engine made from your model: Schokologo turns your engine, pump or gearbox into its own mould in-house and casts it in series from Belgian Callebaut chocolate – milk, dark 60 % or white – with your logo in relief. The gift for engineering, automotive and trade shows, made in Düsseldorf since 2003, for business customers only.
The engine in the photo was made for a drive-technology manufacturer: the company’s own product as chocolate, handed out at the trade-show stand and on customer visits. The same idea works for mechanical and plant engineering, automotive suppliers, pump, motor and gearbox makers – for a product launch, as a trade show giveaway, as a corporate gift for key accounts or for a company anniversary.
From your data or photos we mill the mould in-house, cast a sample, agree it with you as a mock-up and then produce the series – the whole process is on the custom 3D chocolate page. Siblings from the engineering family are the chocolate car, the gear on bar, the chocolate ball bearing and the screw and nut. Ideally STL or CAD data, otherwise photos from several angles with dimensions, or a sample. The mock-up shows the mould before casting.
Guide quantity from approx. 100 pieces; smaller quantities on request. The mould stays with us, so reorders need no new mould costs.
Usually three weeks after approval of the mock-up; rush orders are possible against a surcharge.
Relief details up to approx. 20 × 20 cm, larger pieces depending on feasibility. Size and weight are fixed in the mock-up.
