Embossed chocolate plaques with logo: thin plaques of Callebaut couverture with your logo, lettering or motif set in relief – round, square or oval from 15 to 55 mm, in dark 60 % or white chocolate, delivered loose or on flat sheets. Schokologo has embossed them from its own moulds in the Düsseldorf manufactory since 2003; guide quantity from approx. 100 pieces, smaller quantities and regular deliveries for restaurants on request. For the kitchen and the patisserie: on the dessert plate in the hotel, on the cake at the confectioner, on the praline in catering, on the saucer in the café – a plaque in relief turns the house recipe into a branded product. Confectioners emboss the logo of their corporate clients for cakes at the company anniversary, event agencies place them on the gala menu, companies put them on their own praline box as a customer gift. As the lightest insert they fit into every chocolate mailing.
Embossed means: the logo sits as a relief in the chocolate itself, in one colour, in dark or white, from a mould milled in-house that is kept for reorders. If the motif is to be colourful or a photo, printing on white chocolate is the alternative (printing or embossing?) – both can be combined in the same order. Ten standard sizes from 15 to 55 mm – round (30 mm), square (20, 30 mm), rectangular (24 × 15, 33 × 22, 55 × 27 mm) and oval (25 × 17, 39 × 22.5, 42 × 30, 55 × 37 mm) – in dark 60 % or white; milk, ruby and special shapes on request.
Loose in a carton or on flat sheets from which the plaques are lifted one by one in the kitchen. Individually packed or assembled as an insert on request. Store cool and dry; dark keeps 12 to 18 months, white 6 to 12 months.
Guide quantity from approx. 100 pieces, smaller quantities on request. For restaurants and patisseries we deliver on subscription at fixed intervals if desired. After approval of the free mockup, production usually takes three weeks; the mould is kept for reorders.
