Chocolate medallions with your logo: Schokologo embosses your motif on one side of round chocolate made from Belgian Callebaut couverture – milk, dark 60 %, white or ruby, from 40 to 140 mm. The relief stays visible because the medallion comes without foil, in a clear bag or a gift box. Gold foil and a coin look? The medallion is the entry product: a giveaway at trade fairs (trade fair giveaways) and at the counter, flat in a mailing (Choco Card), for a corporate anniversary with the anniversary number in relief, for pharmacies and practices as a sugar-free recipe. From 90 mm the medallion becomes a round logo chocolate for gifting – 140 mm in the printed box is the presentation size.
The mould is made in-house from your vector file, then the chocolate is cast and embossed in relief; the mould is kept for your reorders. Medallion: embossed, no foil, relief visible – from our manufactory in Düsseldorf, in any recipe we offer. Coin: embossed in gold, silver or copper foil, for large runs from 2,220 pieces (38 mm). The medallion shows the chocolate itself, the coin its foil.
40 and 50 mm are the giveaway for trade fairs and counters, 65 and 75 mm fit flat into a mailing, 90 to 140 mm are the gift in a box – from this size on we speak of a round logo chocolate.
Guide values from experience: from about 300 pieces at 40 and 50 mm, from 100 at 65 and 75 mm, from 50 at 90 to 140 mm. Smaller quantities are technically possible – down to a single piece – but uneconomical for most occasions. Special requests are welcome; the moulds are made in-house.
From 90 mm the medallion is too fragile for the bag alone. We deliver these sizes in the gold, silver or printed gift box or ship them by freight – which is why they only appear with a box in the shop.
No – the relief comes from a black-and-white vector file with lines from 0.3 mm. We print a photo or a multi-colour motif on white chocolate instead: as chocolate decor, as a printed 4-colour label on the medallion, or see the comparison “printing or embossing?”.
