The three teeth come from our standard mould, the mix of chocolates as you wish. Your own tooth shape with practice logo, a set of teeth or an implant as a replica we make from an own mould: custom 3D chocolate. Further embossed shapes with logo are under special shapes.

The gold box is a standard item and is not customised. Your logo goes on the greeting card or Choco Card sent with the box – or you choose an embossed shape with logo from our special shapes.
